How to identify a font

How to identify a font

So, you have a print of some text you like and you want to find out what font was used. Perhaps your client has given you a print of a letterhead or logo and you need to identify the font to re-create it from scratch?

www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont is a nifty tool which enables you to upload a scan of the font (or even enter a URL to the image) and it will do all the hard work!

Give it a spin next time you’re stuck – it has never failed to come up with a matching font any time we have used it!
